Terms of use

The short version

OptiDesk is free during the pilot, provided as-is while we improve it with your feedback. Your records live on your phone, so they never depend on our uptime, and keeping backups is the one thing we ask of you.

The pilot

During the pilot programme, OptiDesk is provided free of charge to invited shops. Pilot terms, including any future pricing, will be agreed with each shop before any paid plan begins.

Your data, your backups

Because data lives on your device, keeping backups (via the in-app backup and Excel export) is your responsibility. We recommend a weekly export.

Sensible use

OptiDesk is a billing and record-keeping tool. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the bills you issue and for compliance with your local tax rules.

No warranty during the pilot

The pilot build is provided as-is while we improve it with your feedback. We work hard to keep it reliable, and the offline design means your records are never dependent on our uptime.
