The short version

OptiDesk is an offline-first app. Your billing data, customer records and prescriptions live in a database on your own phone. We do not run servers that receive, read or store your business data.

What the app stores on your device

Shop profile, customers, bills, order and prescription records, and app settings. All of it stays on the device unless you explicitly share or export it.

What leaves your device

Only what you send yourself: a bill PDF you share on WhatsApp, an Excel export you save, or a database backup you create. Sharing always happens through apps you choose, and nothing auto-sends.

Permissions

Contacts (optional) to prefill a customer's name and phone. Storage and share access to save and send PDFs and exports. Nothing more.
